Reasonable Women’s Standard

Has the “reasonable woman” standard been carried too far? Where does one draw the line between appreciation and exploitation? I would like for you to research this case, and then comment on what you infer from your interpretation of the legislation. It is too far reaching? Does it not go far enough? Why or why not?
