You are the newly appointed, and first, Environmental Manager of a environmental training branch.

Using the information found in the Microsoft Access program which information from the training

needs assessment. Develop a Metric Plan for the CETEP Training Needs Assessment. The output is a

comprehensive Metrics Plan with validated performance metrics and includes an update to the

appropriate section(s) of the installation CETEP Plan. A summary report shall include performance

management and process improvement findings, recommendations and performance metrics by

practice owner and practice location.

The Plan shall include an analysis of regional environmental Training Needs Assessment data to

determine quantified training requirements by EMS practice owner and EMS practice location,

based on a specified number of EMS Practices (not to exceed 50 practices). Microsoft Access

program attachment will be included.
