Task 1
Identify and evaluate the different ways that customer buying behaviour affects UK retailers today. Then produce a 600-800 newspaper style article which critically discusses these.
Task 3
Produce an A5 short booklet to explain the different ways in which customers are protected by law when purchasing goods and services. You must make the booklet attractive, informative, factually correct and up to date. The booklet should also contain a list of follow-up references/links at the back for consumers. The booklet should have 8 pages with adequate white space, subheadings etc. Images can be used to make it look it attractive if appropriate.
Task 4
You have been employed by Which Consumer Magazine to write a full page (A4 size) evaluative review about the customer service provision of ONE well-established UK retailer. This could be a high street or on-line business. You must evaluate the different aspects of the provision making use of its website information, customer reviews etc.
