Justice without equality cannot exist. This is because everyone must be equal before the law, or tyranny and oppression would prevail. Equality from a political perspective is the state of being equal . It is the condition of having the same privileges as others; the fact of being on an equal footing . Equality among people is linked to fairness, impartiality and equity. Justice is the quality of being morally right or righteous, and conformity to moral right, reason, truth, or fact .
