To what extent does a ban on hunting with dogs infringe anybodys rights?

For many years the issue of hunting has been one of great controversy with supporters both for and against the sport defending their beliefs. In recent years the issue has seen increased publicity and public awareness, which now leaves the government with the awkward task of having to resolve the problem. The government must now decide whether or not to place an outright ban on hunting with dogs, reach a compromise or to allow the sport the continue unchanged….(short extract)
