Throughout this assignment, there will be a discussion on people using cosmetic surgery and the need for bodily perfection. There will then be a discussion on how the idea of bodily perfection has influenced peoples need and desire to be perfect and to seek out for cosmetic surgery a lot more over recent years.  There will be two definitions of cosmetic surgery and plastic surgery, as they are two completely different procedures and hold different motives behind them, one is choice and one is defined as lifesaving.
