I also believe that all children deserve to have rights. If a child is of age to understand and speak, then they are able to have their rights in what they want. The United Nations Convention of the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) was written in 1989, ratified in 1991, and came into force in 1992. This legislation provides children from the age of seventeen and under a comprehensive set of rights.
