Question 1 Project Proposal

The joining process between AXA and SIMS, where I work, is still continuing. Our Department deals with motor insurance. Recently the Visualfiles system was installed in our department. Employees were minimally trained to use the new system.

The new system has a lot of benefits because it provides staff with the right tools and access to reliable and up to date information at any time. Therefore it is important that employees were trained to use all aspects of the system to improve communication within the company.

The Visual Files system underpins the infrastructure, processes and communication with employees, clients, courts, suppliers and external firms.
