Critical to the successful implementation of change is the quality of communication between the agents of change and key stakeholders. Unambiguous and consistent communication that effectively spreads the message of the change is vital. New ideas of working when openly shared, understood and supported by all, act as a conceptual framework, that helps to avoid confusion.
