Analysis on Artists Work

Analyze each of the artists work. Use elements of art such as line focal point, rhythm, symmetrical balance, etc. to critically analyze each art they made. You may compare to similar works produced by other artists.
Describe Claes Oldenburg “Miniature Soft Drum Set”(Sculpture)using the elements of art.
Describe Pablo Picasso “Woman and Children”
(Painting) using the elements of art.
Analyze Diane Itter’s “Knotting and Line Wrap” (TAPESTRY) using elements to critque her art work.
Also describe Dale Chihuly’s “Seaform” (GLASS)using elements of art. You must include the year when it is made.

All the following are currently at the Art Museum of Philadelphia.

This should be done in a first person point of view, write from a first hand experience of being in the Art Museum. Utilize the elements of art to portray what the artist wanted their viewers to perceive. Include own opinion of likes or dislikes about the art work. Please use only Scholarly reviewed articles for source.
