Subtopic 4: Social or Political Effects of Immigration – Pros & Cons

Guiding Questions:

According to both proponents and opponents of immigration, what other ways other than economic does immigration affect our society? Does immigration pose a risk to national security? Does it enhance our society? What is the effect of immigration on our sense of national identity or national unity?
