The Secret Powers of Time

Topic: In the video “The Secret Powers of Time,” Philip Zimbardo discusses and illustrates how we as human beings often are orientated towards the past, the present, or the future. In truth, most of us at different points in our lives are either past-oriented, present-oriented, or future-oriented.
In your essay, discuss how you have been oriented towards all three aspects. Devote at least a paragraph for each orientation. Give specific examples from your own life for each. In addition, within each paragraph, discuss the benefits and the disadvantages of viewing life from each time orientation.
