First draft Feedback:
You will be provided with feedback on yourfirst draft by Friday Week 11 at midday.
This feedback will, where appropriate, give advice as follows on your text:
• Academic conventions: places where you need to improve conventions and/or consider possible academic conduct issues
• Organisation: sections of the report where you need to revise the organisation of ideas and/or signposting
• Academic Style: parts of your text where you need to edit for style
• Language Use: parts of your text where the intended meaning is unclear will be indicated.
Note that no corrections of your English language can be provided on this first draft.
A general comment on Task Achievement and ONE area of the task to prioritise for development for the final report will be given in the written General Comments section. An oral summary by your tutor, of the main points of the feedback will also be given.
Final report Feedback:
For the final draft, several corrections of major language errors will be written on your text.
Your assessment criteria will show areas of the task, the language, organisation and academic skills that you need to develop. If you have a C, D or F grade in any element, then you need to think about developing this area.
The tutor will list these areas to prioritise for future development in the General Comments section.
