Literature Review for compensation and retention

1) Introduction (3-4 pages). You should have a thesis statement whereby you tell the reader why and how this particular project is useful and what you intend to demonstrate or prove. Include a brief summary of how you plan to proceed in the sections of the thesis that follow.

2) Literature Review (3-4 pages): A reviewing the professional literature that relates to your project. 3) Methods that can be used to address your field research question (2-3 pages): How are you planning to address your research question?

My research question:
Does compensation have an impact on the retention rates of employees in Human Resource/Personnel Departments?

My hypothesis:
If compensation is high among employees working in Personnel/Human Resource Departments of various jurisdictions across San Diego County, then those departments will have low turnover rate.

I will obtain this information by conducting a survey to the employees of human resource/personnel department.
