Urban design and Regional Planning

Guidelines: The students will work in groups to study the place ofthe field trip: Manuka, Canberra. The study will systematically examine
the linkage between the urban form and a variety of dimensions (e.g. user behaviour, aesthetics, social, cultural, economic, historic…) by
using the theories, concepts, methods and tools covered in the unit learning.

Use of appropriate methods and tools to help decipher

the problem, collect and analyse data, and point out directions and solutions for improvement (20%)
