Research the literature and outline what you would consider to be the fundamental nature of leadership. Discuss how different styles of leadership and management can impact organisations and the decision making process. Provide some examples of how leadership is manifested in leading IT (information technology) companies.

appropriately cited references; and
· kept to the approximate word length
