Balanced Scorecards and Strategy Maps

The student will write a formal APA style format 5-page paper about the Integrative Case LO 18-4 in the textbook. In the Balance Scorecards and Strategy Maps, the student will write about a significant area of cost concern in regards to creating work teams that foster teamwork, efficiency, customer value and financial performance. The document will include looking at how the aforementioned areas of cost concerns affect cash flows.
