For this Assignment, you will apply a model presented by Buller, intended for academic institutions, which assists in predicting whether a change process is likely to be successful.
To prepare:
Review the “Introduce change process”media scenario originally presented in Week 1 and included in this Week’s Learning Resources.
What are the unique needs of the higher education environment that need to be considered?
Review current research on enrollment and retention issues to deepen your understanding of the issue.
First, apply the Ten Analytical Lenses based on the information provided in the scenario.

Second, provide an analysis that addresses the following questions:

What three aspects of the situation seem most challenging at this point in your understanding?
What are your needs as a leader in this situation?
What questions remain to be answered before you can move forward and why are they important?
Does the process of Ten Analytical Lenses lend clarity to whether there is a real need for change? Is it clear what problem is being solved? Explain.
Finally, based on your analysis and additional research on the topic write a proposal for how you would move forward in this situation, include a recommendation for the best next steps.
