This assignment is a group project which consists of many parts, and my part is the first one of the report which is, to Identify the most appropriate project approach for this project. Before you come up with the proposal you are expected to show an understanding of project management methods and of tailoring these.. the written report will be 900 word max but there is also other documents which I have to do. which are 1-Project Brief 2- Initiation stage plan 3- Business Case 4- End of a project report 5- Reflective statement (the reflective statement should be 1000 words) . i will attach the templates for these documents latter

the project for this assignment is to raise funds for the human appeal foundation for Syria so our group came up with an idea which is to interact with people by having a canvas and letting them paint on it for a donation.
