State the conclusion of the editorial you selected, and evaluate it according to Chaffee’s questions on Truth, Validity, and Soundness.

Billy’s conclusion is that many current government leaders should not be calling for more gun control laws, but should focus on polices that help to stop domestic violence. The facts he uses are from non-partisan government entities such as CDC and FBI statistics to help elevate any bias. By using the facts I felt that Billy was able to properly show the truth of his arguments. The validity of his argument is properly shown that more deaths and more violence occur from domestic violence then gun violence that tends to be more isolated and often started out as domestic violence.?Overall I feel that Billy makes a very sound argument by using truthful facts and statements that can be logical concluded to provide a valid reason that government leaders should shift the focus away from just trying to limit guns to all citizens and focus more on the issue of domestic violence itself that more often does not involve any type of firearm.
