The learning outcomes that should be covered are

1- understand the role of livestock production in UK agriculture

2- Grasp the basic principles of animal science in relation to livestock production

3-understand the resources required to successfully produce a livestock product

the technical note should be 1700 words absolute maximum(excluding tables , figures and reference list)
