There are 6 pro-formas altogether! Already, 5 pro-formas have been completed (you completed pro-forma 3, pro-forma 4 and pro-forma 5 for me). Pro-forma 6 (order 1059489) is being completed by you at the moment.

PLEASE REMEMBER THE FOLLOWING:

The equation in pro-forma 2 is INCORRECT! You fixed the correct equation for me in pro-forma 3 and obviously pro-forma 4, 5 and 6 carry on from it. I have already stated this point in order 1059489 where you are completing pro-forma 6 but just to make sure you do not forget! So basically, please DO NOT FORGET that the equation(s) in pro-forma 3, 4, 5 and 6 is the CORRECT FORMULA!
I have uploaded pro-forma 1, 2 3, 4 and 5 for you. Based on these 5 pro-formas that have already been completed, along with pro-forma 6 (order 1059489) which you are completing now, I would like you to complete the ‘Product Formulation Report’ for me, please. The Report should be 3300 words.

I have uploaded the ‘Case study report guide’ for you. This document gives you a guide as to HOW MUCH YOU HAVE TO WRITE for each section and also WHAT TO INCLUDE FOR EACH SECTION. Please follow EACH AND EVERY STEP and MAKE SURE THAT ALL REQUIREMENTS ARE MET!!!

I have uploaded the file ‘Case study-exampleofcasestudyreport’. It gives you an example of what a case study should exactly look like and what it should consist of. The university uploaded this file with the other files so I thought that it might be useful to you.

Finally, I have uploaded PFPE1, PFPE2, PFPE3, PFPE4 and PFPE5 for you. You can see PFPE6 document from what you have completed so far in order 1059489. These are files to ALL proforma’s that were completed, and in case of PFPE6, which is being completed by you at the moment.
