1.The Corbett’s Company was seeking secondary interest into expanding the company’s ability and resources by merging into the global
society, where the expansion would meet the resources to the demand and supply of the investment platform for their clients. Never-the-
less the company sees potential in South Africa as they face a transitional change for democracy and economic independence would merge
through their social and political wars. But, looking beyond the extensiveness of the long term value for the prospected company and the
greater business opportunity or investors by the abundance of resources Africa as to offer. As, many foreign countries and business
interests the social and political environment as a lot to do the respectability of a company’s progression and long term possibilities
for the economic conditions for that country and investors commodity. Import and Exports are mobile commodity as customer are to the
supply and demand, when a company can’t meet a reliable productivity it’s because of the social condition of labor strife or Economic
strain, whereunemployed labors workers are restricted by social welfare and depleting economic and environmental conditions. The company
suffers from a lack of human inventory over supply and demand to meet the needs of the clients’ productivity, because social and political
unrest of warfare and previous presidential distortion. The company’s interest to the over-view of financial supporting the economic cost
of exploration, development, construction and capital to the primary market, even though the market has flexibility of interest is still
uncertain to both parties taking the risks and investments are a vast opportunity board form many exploring company as Corbett’s. The
company as well deals with the business principles as exchange rate, trade barriers, transport cost, recovery, trade balance and interest
rate are a few more conceptual factors.

What are the possible import and export challenges faced when establishing a new company in a foreign market?
There are several import and export challenge a new company can face in a foreign market to include taxes, tariffs, and quotas. Another
problem new companies in a foreign market might face are problems with the state’s infrastructure, especially if the company is investing
in a developing country. In South Africa clients of Fasken Martineau are interesting in mining, but in order to facilitate this there will
need to be energy to power the mining, roads or railways to get the materials to the port, and the article even states that they might
have to construct a port if the needs arise (Létourneau, 2012).
What are some strategies for building international business relationships while complying with varying business laws and regulations?
One strategy that is useful for building international business relationships while complying with varying business laws and regulations
is diplomacy. Part of diplomacy is negotiation, which are discussion used to make agreements (August, Mayer, & Bixby, 2009). Negotiations
are not only used to resolve issues, but prevent them and keep the channels of communication open between parties (August, Mayer, & Bixby,
2009).
3International Labor Organization is govern to the human rights providing advocates for the improvements of working conditions for
workers, and fair and equitable treatment for all workers. The law was created in 1919 by the treaty of Versailles that is govern to a
specialization of the U.S., and the organization promotes the standard of labor, minoring compliance, convention, and provide assistance
to the member state. The (ILO) is made-up as a General Conference, Governing Body, and International Office that deals in labor and
management. The organization interest is labor movement after, the ww1 for the Employment of Women at Nigh Case, and that the organization
represents member of the state when dispute occur or inquiry and reports to the convention on regulated compliances and recommendations.
Huma Rights of Workers are located in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and in the International Covent on Economic, Social and
Cultural Right’s, the organization express the right to freedom of the peaceful assembly and associate, no one held in slavery, torture,
or compelled to belong to any association. Everyone as a right to social security, work. Equal pay for equal work, just and favorable
remuneration, form and join trade unions, rest and leisure and the standing of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself
and family. The social impact within management would not be tort to a bias notion among society, workers, economic class of the blue
collar and emphasis that the declaration is to protection of human rights among the universal platform and international governance of
enforced law and compliances to the labor standards of the people against discrimination and inequality. I would think that by these
declarations that it would improve the international scale for the purse of employment and assist to civil rights to worker on the job and
anyone whom threaten public policy. That these organizations and Affiliations govern as a Labor Union aboard for the independence of the
people.
4.The International Labor Organization, ILO, is a United Nations agency that is responsible for promoting improved working conditions,
living standards, and equal treatment of employees internationally (August, Mayer, & Bixby, 2009). The ILO is made up of three different
bodies. The general conference is the legislative body, the governing body sets the agenda for the general conference, and the
international labor offices function as the secretaries of the organization (August, Mayer, & Bixby, 2009). There are three reasons why
the ILO states there is a needs for international labor standards. The first reason is that all states do not have and will not enact
domestic labor laws because labor cost will go up and the state may lose competitive advantage (August, Mayer, & Bixby, 2009). The second
reason is that the establishment of fair and equal international lobar laws helps promote world peace (August, Mayer, & Bixby, 2009). The
third reason the ILO gives is that having uniform labor laws is a matter of both justice and humanity (August, Mayer, & Bixby, 2009).The
United Nations and the ILO advocate basic human rights for workers through The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which many of the
standards the ILO has enacted are based on (August, Mayer, & Bixby, 2009). These principles impact international management decisions
because it affects how management may treat foreign employees and really can be seen as a way for management to promote corporate social
responsibility.
