What are reasons you believe managers like Frank do not empower their staff?
What is it like to work for a micromanager? (If you’ve never worked for someone like this, speculate on
what it might be like to work for a micromanager.)
Why is empowerment important? Do you think there a link between empowerment and job satisfaction?
