1. Introduction to the chapter – explaining what the reader will find – and link from previous chapter – I will have to do this
2. A ‘critical’ review of the literature – including a discussion of the theory that underpins the study
3. The development of the question from the literature that you have read, and why this question is important
4. The development of hypotheses/sub-questions and a clear illustration of the link between the hypotheses/sub-questions and the research question.
