His pulse is 130, blood pressure is 83/51, lung fields: bilateral crackles, SpO2: 93% ORA, a third heart sound is audible. ECG reveals ST segment elevation in leads V2 to V4. His only medical history is high cholesterol and has been non – compliant in taking medication to treat it.
