What rights do poor countries have vis a vis more developed countries? This entails a discussion of wealth redistribution at the international level, and it requires understanding the concepts of Cosmopolitanism. As human beings we have duties to help other less fortunate peoples, both in our own countries and in countries outside our immediate boundaries. Those duties stem from different rights we human beings have vis a vis one another. Thus, eradication of poverty should not be a national issue, but more importantly an international mandate between Developed Countries and Less Developed Countries.
