Pick ONE well known film that served a larger audience and answer the following questions:

Name of film, writer, and director.
Cite the basic statistics on sales as best as you can find them!
What is the major type of audience for the film and what were the stimuli for attendance?
What main factors contributed to the audience enjoyment and the longevity of the film?
What unique perceptual factors contributed to the audience experience? (Color, Editing Style, Cinematography, Framing, Time?)
Where there any unique or less-used ways that the narrative/story was constructed?
What are the dominant emotions that the movie evokes from the audience? Be specific.
Name three scenes that were emotional peaks for the audience – where emotional arousal from the content progressed the story and ‘hooked’ the audience.
