undertake research to locate academic references using online databases (e.g EBSCO, Proquest, Emerald, Science Direct etc) and need to use minimum twelve (12) peer-reviewed academic references.Students must address one of three topics provided:

1. Ethical theories are useful in guiding company decisions. Based on your research, which ethical theory is the most useful in guiding company decisions and why?

2. Ethical leadership is mostly about leadership integrity. Discuss.

3. Corporations practicing stakeholder management will be more sustainable. Discuss.
