1. Provide a detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) of the preopening stage of the new hotel (Requirements for hotel: 3 star independent boutique hotel, No. of rooms 40 to 80 rooms, location: Interlaken, Switzerland)
2. Develop the master schedule, baseline, as well as major milestones and deliverables of the preopening stage of the hotel.
3. Identify activities and calculate costs by activity and budgets by work package for the preopening stage of the hotel (in Swiss currency)
4. Explain the critical path of the preopening stage and develop an activities flexibility matrix showing free and total floats.
5. Use Gantt project or projectlibre to illustrate the previous four points.
