Project description
As Mike (customer service) told me to do so:
1st: Write a brief report (400 words) outlining your general views on the summary and its shortcomings, giving
examples of errors, and suggesting how the piece could be improved: NOTE you will be assessed on your grammar and
style as well as your ability to give appropriate and clear advice.
2nd: Using no more than 600 words re-write the summary, getting rid of all errors and ensuring that the decision is
explained, phrased and referenced in an appropriate and simple way. (You are not allowed to research and write the
summary afresh but you can add information from the Lawtel case report to make the existing content clearer).
