Content: Using labour economics theory to support your answer, answer  the following question. Explain and discuss how labour market forces (via labour demand and labour supply), institutional forces (such as universities, organizational internal management policies, labour market policymakers), and sociological forces (such as cultural and societal influences) interact in the global labour market to impact on:

Note 1: Since this is a postgraduate module, and depending on student’s interests and ability (to be judged by the lecturer) there may be a certain degree of flexibility in the extent to which the case study, essay and presentations are allowed to deviate from the set choices issued in class.
Note 2: There will be two synopsis presentations in the BU4101 module: an individual synopsis presentation for the case study, and an individual synopsis presentation for the essay. Both of these individual presentations consist of students presenting in detail the intended structure and main ideas of their work, as well as some of the references that would be used. During the respective synopsis presentation, the student clarifies the topic, title, content structure and main ideas for their intended work.
