2. Using the characteristic which has the greatest impact on employee behavior, from your weekly readings, describe the actions or activities that the manager may conduct to change the characteristic into a positive employee behavior.

3. If you are the manager, what specific actions or activities from #2 above would you conduct and how would you know if this was successful.
