Research Project Instructions and Guidelines
Project: Choose one of the following alternatives (A) or (B) –

(A) Select any company that does not already have a sustainability plan in place. Develop a feasible work systems
solution for sustainability within that company and industry.

(B) Select any company that has a current, documented sustainability plan in place. Review the current sustainability
plan and identify and discuss the strengths and weaknesses of the plan. Develop alternatives to improve the current
sustainability plan within the company.
