Develop a research question that addresses this the following unknown and sketch a quantitative or qualitative study that can answer this and contribute to theory……
Research purpose…. It is noted in the various studies the lack regarding the personal attributes outside the well-known personality factors that contribute to leadership emergence. It would be beneficial to look beyond the Myers Briggs Type Inventory traits and the Big Five design categories to locate other attributes that contribute to leadership.
Address this via the following with each as a heading category and labeled as such.
