Project description

#1 and #2: In two different paragraphs, summarize (with some reflection) Fast Food Nation book chapters 7 & 8.

In two different points (paragraph # 3 & paragraph #4) summarize and explain what you learned about (1) food justice, (2) food security and the extent of these problems. Use the material in week 4 notes, except save the article below from Nature.com for its own paragraph) Please be thorough for full credit.

In one paragraph (#5), describe (paraphrase) what you learned about either Mandela Marketplace or City Slicker Farm (from week 4 notes.)

#6 After reading the short article with info graphics “Food: The Growing Problem” (link below) please summarize, or if you can, synthesize, the materials into a thorough paragraph, covering at least three of the five bullet points. Note: this is just one author’s idea for the problems and the solutions.
