This assignment is a component of the three week-long Behavior Change Project. Each student is required to submit a two-page “Reflection Paper.” Submission of the Behavior Change Journal AND the Reflection Paper is considered a complete assignment.  In your two page reflection paper you should:

A.    Provide evidence that you followed the process, including documentation of tracking your steps and water intake (this is your actual three page journal).

B.     Discuss how you are progressing towards your behavior change goal. If you are not making progress towards your goal, you will discuss that, explain why and suggest changes you could make that will help you get back on track or use the process at another time.

C.    Analyze the process. Is it working for you? What are you learning from following the process?   Could you use the process personally in the future? (the process refers to the process of choosing a change, setting smart goals, making a plan, deciding on a re-inforcer, making rules to support your success and keeping track of your progress.
