A)  Prepare the notice of commencement to be advertised in the local newspaper .

C)  Prepare the advertisement for Public Information Consultation Meeting 1 with the date of
March 2015 .
D)  Are there any species of concern along the College Avenue corridor between Huron Church Line
and Prince Road . Provide the steps taken to assess the corridor for species of concern
