Leadership

We read or hear daily about the decisions, positive or negative, of leaders of major organizations. However, what do we really know about them as people? What can we learn from our own research and the research of other students about successful leadership?

For this discussion, select a leader of an organization you would like to research. Briefly introduce your selection of a leader using the information from your research. Include a picture of this leader or a short video, if available.

Post your primary response. Read any postings already provided by your instructor or fellow students. In your responses, do the following:
• Examine whether you believe your selected leader would support, disagree with, or augment the comments of your classmates’ selected leaders.
• Pose challenging questions to your classmates on their selection.
