It is a set of three Wikis on three separate (you choose) Human Resources Management(HRM) topics. You do need to use resources, and APA formatting. Brevity and creativity will be critical. Do not write a book – do not copy and paste from websites. Please paraphrase, use sources, and write in a confident tone.

Susan Heathfield is an HR professional who is known for her Wikis. Much of her material is available on About.com. Her work is not considered scholarly – because it is not based on her personal research – it is based on consolidating other people’s research. It also is more practically related than scholarly research – and geared more to the day-to-day work related HRM events, and not so much on scientifically analyzing whether those day-to-day events actually work. Feel free to review and cite Susan in your Wikis, but if you do so, only ONE of your references can be hers, and only ONE can be a Wiki.
